Today, I am (re)starting my health kick. I am challenging you all to join me! In a typical week, I will cycle through these exercises. Some days I stick to one area (i.e arms). Other days, I will do two areas and only do some of the exercises in each category. So pick some exercises and get healthy with me!
Legs and Lower body
10-30 minutes on the treadmill
bicycles
scissor legs
knee highs
lunges (front, back, and side)
squats
jumping squats
fire hydrants
mountain climbers
Arms
push ups
dumbbell curls
dumbbell hammer curls
bench dips
overhead dumbbell triceps press
(do as many reps that you are comfortable with)
Abs and Lower Stomach
crunches
Russian twists
heel touches
leg raises
plank
side planks
cross crunches
circle crunches
