Updated Workout Routine

Long time, no see! Since I have been going to the gym a lot recently, I decided to do a quick updated workout routine. Some of the things listed change every now and then depending on what area I want to work on. I hope this gives you some inspiration to get out and get healthy!
Bike for 10 minutes
use rowing machine for 5 minutes
pull down rope for 3-5 minutes
squats
lunges
side-lunges
back-lunges
bicycles
crunches
side crunches
diamond crunches
plank for 1 minute
mountain climbers
fire hydrants
crouching leg lifts
push ups
assisted leg lifts
leg press machine
