A Weekend To Remember

Hello queens! I thought I would give you all a look into my weekend. This was the first weekend in a LONG time that I did not have any activities or meetings to attend to. So, my friends and I packed the weekend with different fun activities. The weekend started for us on Thursday (because no one has Friday classes). My roommate Arin is the event coordinator for Hillel. She planned a BOMB drag show featuring three local drag queens, Aurora Thunder, Peach Fuzz, and Anhedonia Delight. This was my first drag show and I have to say, it was great! After the show, we grabbed some food from Belleria (their rolls and chicken parmesan are fantastic. 12/10 would recommend).

On Friday, Arin, Kat, Claire, myself and a couple others went to brunch at Wild Goats Cafe. I got a veggie omelette, fruit parfait, and wheat toast. It was pretty good, but too expensive for what it was (6/10 might recommend). Afterwards, we had an impromptu photo shoot on a snowy bike path. The photos turned out really nice (seen in slideshow below).

On Saturday night, Arin and I went to Rock the Runway to support our friend Anna, as she and her partner submitted a collection in the show. The show was amazing. The winner had a choice of receiving a trip to Disneyland or half of their next semester's tuition paid. Because the winner was a senior, she probably chose the trip (I would have). We relaxed for most of Sunday before going to Kat's dorm to watch the Oscars. My weekend was one to remember. And I hope there will be many more like it.
